We were quite curious with the concept and design of this restaurant so we decided to give it a try.

Interesting choice of decoration.
John loves this vanity table.
Another interesting choice of decoration.
We ordered the Wagyu Bake Sushi and Salmon Bake Sushi.
Half the aked salmon on top of sushi rice topped with ebiko and the other half topped with cabbage with blueberry sauce. Very unique combination and it’s delicious too! Miso soup was just the right saltiness and the salad was dressed in olive oil and vinegar.
The wagyu bake sushi is actually baked beef strips on sushi rice topped with sauce and cheese. The beef is not wagyu as it was not as soft as we expected it to be. Nonetheless, the cheese made the whole experience better.
