Reservation is only for Big John’s Place guest that made direct booking through our homepage. Reservation is subjected to device availability  and it can be reserved here : http://www.bigjohnsplace.net/reservation/

Data coverages spread over all of Korea, including Jeju island and DMZ.

Deposit of 200,000krw  (or any currency in its equivalent) must be placed as deposit. Deposit will be released upon returning of device.

Payment can be paid upon check in or via paypal.

Big John’s Place accept payment by cash or credit cards (visa, mastercard or major credit cards).

Advance reservation is needed as we have limited amount of device.

Returning of device must be returned personally to a staff. It is advisable to return in the night before and get your deposit back.

The device is allocated an adequate amount of data and is protected by the Fair usage policy,  the mobile network industry’s attempt to keep the mobile traffic at a manageable level.

We highly advise users to refrain from downloading massive amount of data, streaming movies, playing online games etc especially on the go. If a massive amount of data (exceeding 10GB per period of 10 days ), Big John’s Place will not be responsible for any problems accessing the internet or any other restrictions placed by the mobile network operators, should you continue to use excessive amounts of data, you will be responsible for any extra fees that might be applied by the local mobile network operators.
