Lee’s Kitchen serves 족발 Jokbal (Pig’s feet),보쌈 Bossam (Pork Belly), 칼국수 Kalguksu (Knife Noodles) and Clam Kalguksu.
Did you know that Jokbal is high in gelatins? Which is said to be good for the skin and preventing wrinkles. That explains a lot about the grandmother with good skins in Korea !
