[Big John’s Place Review] 곱창이야기 강남점 (Gangnam Gobchang)

When our friend came over to play, we took them for dinner at 곱창이야기 강남점 (Gangnam Gobchang) !
Gopchang refers to intestine, and Gangnam Gobchang specialises in Beef Intestine. You can choose between differen platter at Gangnam Gobchang, from small intestine to all kind of intestine (big and small etc). The gobchang dish comes with ddeok (rice cake) and you can finish it off with fried rice ! Gangnam Gobchang also serves육회 (raw beef) that you can dip in raw egg to enjoy.
